Cell-free solution compositions for hypothermic cell storage supplemented with agents inhibiting apoptotic induced cell death are provided for chill preservation of cells at about 0 ~C to about 10 ~C. Additionally, solutions for cell storage at hypothermic temperatures supplemented with cell death inhibitors for cryopreservation are disclosed. Methods for use of these solutions are described.

L'invention concerne des compositions de solution exemptes de cellules utiles pour un stockage hypothermique de cellules, auxquelles sont ajoutés des agents inhibant la mort cellulaire induite par apoptose en vue d'une conservation de cellules par refroidissement à des températures comprises entre environ 0 ·C et environ 10 ·C. De plus, l'invention concerne des solutions qui permettent le stockage de cellules à des températures hypothermiques, auxquelles sont ajoutés des inhibiteurs de mort cellulaire en vue d'une cryoconservation.
