La présente invention concerne un procédé de génération d'un hologramme quasi-complexe, en lumière incohérente, à l'aide d'un système conoscopi- que comprenant un cristal biréfringent inséré entre deux polariseurs circulaires caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à (i) enregis- trer différents hologrammes conoscopiques d'un même objet, sans déplacement relatif de celui-ci, selon différentes configurations de polarisation respecti- ves, et -ii) combiner les différents hologrammes conoscopiques ainsi obtenus pour éliminer le fond continu et l'image conjuguée. L'invention concerne également un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé.
