Indazole derivatives having monocyclic amino groups represented by general formula (I), wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 alkenyl, or C3-C6 cycloalkyl group; Q represents a carbonyl, thiocarbonyl, or methylene group; and R2 is a group represented by general formula (II), (III), (IV), or (V), wherein R3 represents a C1-C6 alkyl, C3-C6 alkenyl, or benzyl group, provided that the phenyl ring of the benzyl group may be mono- or di- substituted with the same or different halogen atom or a methoxy group; m is 0 to 2; n is 2 to 3; o is 1 to 2, and p is 2 to 4. The compounds <u>per se</u> and pharmaceutical acceptable salts thereof have a 5-HT4 receptor agonistic activity and are useful as a medicine.

L'invention se rapporte à des dérivés de l'indazole à groupes amino monocycliques de formule générale (I): dans ladite formule, R?1¿ représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle C¿1?-C¿6?, alcényle C¿3?-C¿6?, ou cycloalkyle C¿3?-C¿6?; Q représente un groupe carbonyle, thiocarbonyle ou méthylène; et R¿2? est un groupe de formule générale (II), (III), (IV) ou (V): dans lesdites formules R¿3? représente un groupe alkyle C¿1?-C¿6?, alcényle C¿3?-C¿6? ou benzyle à condition que l'anneau phényle du groupe benzyle soit mono ou di-substitué par un atome d'halogène identique ou différent ou par un groupe méthoxy; m a une valeur comprise entre 0 et 2; n a une valeur comprise entre 2 et 3; o a une valeur comprise 1 et 2, et p a une valeur comprise entre 2 et 4.
