13 An independent jaw insert locks in a fixed location. Using a post, the post has a flat extending to a transverse groove. An inserted rod locks the post. In addition, a set screw having a point lands in a dimple on the post; two such set screws apply a pinching action for post clamping and registration.

Est également mise à contribution une vis de pression dont le bout se loge dans une cavité du poteau; deux vis de pression de ce type, en exerçant un pincement, permettent de serrer le poteau et de faire l'enregistrement.
