ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An indicating recorder consisting of a housing unit, an internal frame unit and an electric power source unit. The housing unit is equipped with a single-swing front door and is composed of a square prismatic housing formed by bending a thin plate. The internal frame unit is supported in the vicinity of the inlet of the housing unit and is rotatable in the direction opposite to the front door so as to be drawn out toward the front. The internal frame unit is composed of left and right side plates and coupling beams of shapes between the two side plates, and principally comprises an indicating recorder mechanism consisting of a chart feed mechanism, a recording pen mechanism and so forth. The electric power source unit is disposed in the housing unit and is equipped with a power transformer and a terminal board unit which are fixed in the rear frame region for power supply and input signal, wherein wiring for the terminal boards and the power transformer is led along a transverse frame and is connected to the internal frame unit by means of a flexible zigzag wiring holder.
