The present invention relates to Indol-3-yl-carbonyl-piperidin-benzoimidazol derivatives which act as Via receptor antagonists and which are represented by Formuly (I), wherein the residues R1 to R7 are as defined herein. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, their use in medicaments against dysmenorrhea, hypertension, chronic heart failure, inappropriate secretion of vasopressin, liver cirrhosis, nephritic syndrome, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxious and depressive disorders, and methods of preparation thereof.
L'invention concerne des dérivés d'indol-3-yl-carbonyl-pipéridin-benzoimidazol tenant lieu d'agonistes du récepteur Via et représentés par la formule (I), dans laquelle les restes R1 à R7 sont tels que définis dans la description. L'invention concerne aussi des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant les composés, leur utilisation dans des médicaments traitant la dysménorrhée, l'hypertension, l'insuffisance cardiaque chronique, la sécrétion inadéquate de vasopressine, la cirrhose hépatite, le syndrome néphrétique, le trouble compulsif obsessif, les troubles anxieux et dépressifs et leurs procédés de préparation.
