Compounds of structure (1): Image and pharmaceutically acceptable salts are described, wherein R is hydrogen or C1-4alkyl, R' is hydrogen, C1-4alkyl, or a C1-4alkyl group. substituted by an alkyne or allene group provided that R' is not methyl when R and R" are both hydrogen, and R" is hydrogen or a C1-4alkyl group substituted by an alkyne or allene group. These compounds have anti-depressant activity. Processes for the preparation of the compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and methods of use, are described.

L'invention concerne des composés ayant la structure (1), ainsi que des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables, dans laquelle R représente hydrogène ou alcoyle C1-4, R' représente hydrogène, alcoyle C1-4, ou un groupe alcoyle C1-4 remplacé par un groupe alkyne ou allène, à condition que R' ne représente pas méthyle lorsque R et R'' représentent l'un et l'autre hydrogène, et R'' représente hydrogène ou un groupe alcoyle C1-4 remplacé par un groupe alkyne ou allène. Ces composés présentent une activité anti-dépressive. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation desdit composés, des compositions et des procédés pharmaceutiques.
