A series of indoline-sulfonamide compounds is disclosed. The formula of indoline-sulfonamide compounds is shown as formula (I). In formula (I), R1 is H or halogen; R2 is Ar, Ar-C(O)-, Ar-CH2-, Ar-SO2-, Ar-O-C(O), (see formula I) or R"-C(O)-, and Ar is a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C20 aryl, cyclyl, heterocyclyl, or heteroaryl, R' and R" independently is C1-C10 alkyl, or C1-C10 alkoxyl; and R3 is C5-C15 aryl or C1-C10 alkyl. The indoline-sulfonamide compounds disclosed in the present invention are characterized in inhibiting tubulin polymerization, and treating cancers and other tubulin polymerization-related disorders with a suitable pharmaceutical acceptable carrier.

Dans cette dernière, R1 est H ou un halogène, R2 est Ar, Ar-C(O)-, Ar-CH2-, Ar-SO2-, Ar-O-C(O), (voir la formule I) ou R''-C(O)-, Ar est un aryle, un radical cyclique, un radical hétérocyclique ou un hétéroaryle en C5-C20 subtitué ou non, R' et R'' sont indépendamment un alkyle en C1-C10 ou un alcoxy en C1-C10, et R3 est un aryle en C5-C15 ou un alkyle en C1-C10. Les indoline-sulfonamides divulgués dans la présente invention inhibent la polymérisation de la tubuline et servent au traitement de cancers et d'autres troubles associés à la polymérisation de la tubuline au moyen d'un vecteur pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
