A compound, which is useful as an active ingredient for a pharmaceutical composition, for example a pharmaceutical composition for treating constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome, atonic constipation and/or functional gastrointestinal disorder, is provided. [Means for Solution] The present inventors have extensively studied compounds having TRPA1 channel activation activity, and confirmed that an indolinone compound has a TRPA1 channel activation activity, and thus completed the present invention. The indolinone compound of the present invention has a TRPA1 channel activation activity and can be used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome, atonic constipation and/or functional gastrointestinal disorder or the like.
L'invention porte sur un composé utile comme agent ingrédient actif pour une composition pharmaceutique, telle qu'une composition pharmaceutique pour le traitement du syndrome du côlon irritable du type constipation, de la constipation atonique et/ou d'un trouble gastro-intestinal fonctionnel. Des études ont été menées de façon approfondie sur des composés ayant une activité d'activation des canaux TRPA1 et il est confirmé qu'un composé d'indolinone représenté par la formule (1) a une activité d'activation des canaux TRPA1. Le composé d'indolinone a une activité d'activation des canaux TRPA1 et peut être utilisé comme ingrédient actif pour une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention et/ou le traitement du syndrome du côlon irritable du type constipation, de la constipation atonique et/ou d'un trouble gastro-intestinal fonctionnel ou similaire. [Dans la formule, R1 représente -CO2H, un équivalent biologique de celui-ci ou similaire ; R2 représente un hétérocycle, un aryle, un cycloalkyle en C3-8, -CO-(alkyle en C1-6), -H, un alkyle en C1-6 ou similaire ; R3 représente -H, un alkyle en C1-6, un halogène, -NO2, -CN, un O-alkyle en C1-6 ou similaire ; et une ligne brisée représente une oléfine Z, une oléfine E ou un mélange de celles-ci].
