The novel naphthyridine derivatives correspond to the formula: Image (I) They possess anti-anoxia and psychotropic activity and are useful in combatting disturbances of behavior attrib- utable to damage to the cerebral vessels and to cerebral sclerosis in geriatrics, as well as for the treatment of absence due to cranial traumatisms, and the treatments of states of depression.
