The invention relates to the use of N-substituted indol-3-glyoxyamides of general formula (1) as antitumoral agents, as well as to pharmaceutical compositions with an antitumoral activity characterised in that they contain at least one of the compounds of general formula (1), possibly in the form of their physiologically acceptable acid addition salts or N oxides. The invention also relates to antitumoral agents containing as active ingredient one or more N-substituted indol-3-glyoxyamides of general formula (1) and their physiologically acceptable acid addition salts, and as far as possible their N-oxides, as well as a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and/or diluent or additive, in the form of tablets, dragées, capsules, solutions for infusion or ampoules, suppositories, dressings, powder preparations for inhalation, suspensions, creams and ointments.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'indol-3-glyoxyamides substitués en N, de la formule générale (1), comme agents antitumoraux, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques à action antitumorale caractérisées en ce qu'elles renferment au moins un des composés de la formule générale (1), éventuellement sous forme de leurs sels d'addition d'acide physiologiquement tolérables ou de leur oxydes de N. L'invention concerne en outre des agents antitumoraux contenant comme principe actif un ou plusieurs indol-3-glyoxyamides substitués en N, de la formule générale (1), ainsi que leurs sels d'addition d'acide physiologiquement tolérables, et dans la mesure du possible leur oxydes de N, ainsi qu'un excipient et/ou diluant ou additif utilisable pharmaceutiquement, sous forme de comprimés, dragées, capsules, solutions pour perfusions ou ampoules, suppositoires, pansements, préparations pulvérulentes à inhaler, suspensions, crèmes et onguents.
