The invention provides an indoor environment regulating system with excellent energy efficiency. The indoor environment regulating system of the invention is provided with an indoor surface structural member 300, 400 constructed of a material comprising a far-infrared emitting substance that emits and absorbs far-infrared rays and has a far-infrared emissivity of 0.6 or greater, and a cooling and/or heating source 200, 301 having a cooling and/or heating surface constructed of a material comprising the same far-infrared emitting substance as the far-infrared emitting substance of the indoor surface structural member, and wherein when the cooling surface of the cooling source 301 is cooled, the far-infrared emitting substance of the cooling surface absorbs the far-infrared rays emitted by the far-infrared emitting substance of the indoor surface structural member-300, 400, and/or when the heating surface 200 of the heating source is heated, the far-infrared rays 62 emitted by the far-infrared emitting substance of the heating surface are absorbed by the far-infrared emitting substance of the indoor surface structural member 300, 400.

L'invention porte sur un système de régulation d'environnement intérieur présentant un excellent rendement en énergie. Un système de régulation d'environnement intérieur comprend des éléments de constitution (300, 400) de surfaces intérieures constituées d'un matériau contenant une substance de rayonnement infrarouge lointain émettant/absorbant des rayons infrarouges lointains et dont l'émission infrarouge lointaine est de 0,6 ou plus, et des sources de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage (200, 301) ayant des surfaces de refroidissement et/ou de chauffage, constitué par un matériau contenant une substance de rayonnement infrarouge lointain identique à la substance de rayonnement infrarouge lointain des éléments de constitution de surfaces intérieures, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la surface de refroidissement de la source de refroidissement (301) est refroidie, la substance de rayonnement infrarouge lointain de la surface de refroidissement absorbe des rayons infrarouges lointains (62) émis à partir de la substance de rayonnement infrarouge lointain des éléments de constitution (300, 400) de surfaces internes, et/ou lorsque la surface de chauffage de la source de chauffage (200) est chauffée, la substance de rayonnement infrarouge lointain des éléments de constitution (300, 400) de surfaces intérieures absorbe les rayons d'infrarouge lointains émis à partir de la substance de rayonnement infrarouge lointain de la surface de chauffage.
