An induction heating device and an induction heating method in which heating temperature distribution can be controlled even in case of a thin metal plate regardless of whether it is magnetic or nonmagnetic, and heating can follow up alteration in plate thickness and snaking. In the device for induction heating a metal plate (1) passing the inside of an induction coil (2), conductors (2a, 2b) constituting the induction coils on the surface side and the back side of the metal plate (1) are arranged such that the conductors (2a, 2b) on the surface side and the back side are shifted from each other with regard to the longitudinal direction of the metal plate (1) in an image projected vertically to the metal plate (1), the end portion of at least any one of the conductors (2a, 2b) on the surface side and the back side is arranged obliquely or arcuately, and a magnetic body core (10) is arranged on the outside of the induction coil (2).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de chauffage par induction et un procédé de chauffage par induction dans lequel la distribution de température de chauffage peut être régulée même dans le cas d'une mince plaque métallique sans tenir compte du fait qu'elle soit magnétique ou non magnétique, et le chauffage peut suivre l'altération de l'épaisseur et du serpentement de plaque. Dans le dispositif pour chauffage par induction, une plaque métallique (1) passant à l'intérieur d'une bobine d'induction (2), des conducteurs (2a, 2b) constituant les bobines d'induction sur le côté de surface et sur le côté arrière de la plaque métallique (1) sont agencés de sorte que les conducteurs (2a, 2b) sur le côté de surface et le côté arrière sont décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la plaque métallique (1) dans une image projetée verticalement par rapport à la plaque métallique (1), la partie d'extrémité d'au moins l'un quelconque des conducteurs (2a, 2b) sur le côté de surface et le côté arrière étant agencée de manière oblique ou arquée, et un noyau de corps magnétique (10) est agencé sur l'extérieur de la bobine d'induction (2).
