A cylindrical barrel with electromagnetic induction equipment, The electromagnetic induction heating method used in this invention has the following advantages in comparison with the existing heating methods: (1) being energy efficient, with heating efficiency of up to 90%, this is attributed to the direct heating which has not heat loss in transmission. And beyond the working time, the electricity in the standby mode is sufficient, this saves electrical power; (2) fast heating, able to reach the target temperature in seconds and increase the accuracy of temperature control; (3) partial heating enabled, as heating is controlled by the module at certain part; (4) consumption materials efficient, as it reduces the damages of heating belt or cable caused by the conventional method in which the temperature of the heating belt or heating cable must be higher than that of the barrel; (5) environment friendly, contributed by the low heat emission, this also saves the energy used by air-conditioning needed in the previous scenario.
