The invention provides a method of inducing immunological tolerance and a method of preventing allograft rejection. In both methods, compositions comprising non-depleting anti-CD4 antibody are administered to a primate subject. Compositions comprising non-depleting antibody and eventually donor bone marrow are further disclosed.
L'invention porte sur un procédé permettant de déclencher une tolérance immunologique ainsi que sur un procédé visant à éviter un rejet d'allo-greffon. Dans ces deux procédés, on administre à un primate des compositions comprenant des anticorps anti-CD4 ne provoquant pas de déplétion. Cette invention a, de surcroît, trait à des compositions comprenant un anticorps et finalement de la moelle épinière issue de donneur.
