The invention relates to an induction port with an optimal noise level, especially a suction pipe for use as an induction port of an internal combustion engine. The noise level is optimised by introducing shunt resonators (16, 18) in the collecting chamber (12) of the suction pipe. Said suction pipe is produced using a multi-shell technique. The inserted structures (16, 18) can be stuck or welded before the shells are joined. The inventive shunt resonators (16, 18) require little space and can also be used for subsequently optimising the suction pipes in the test phase, should the test results be acoustically unsatisfactory.
L'invention concerne un tuyau d'aspiration à niveau sonore optimisé, notamment un tuyau d'aspiration s'utilisant comme canal d'aspiration d'un moteur à combustion interne. L'optimisation du niveau sonore résulte de l'utilisation de résonateurs en dérivation (16, 18) prévus dans l'espace collecteur (12) du tuyau d'aspiration. Ce dernier est produit selon la technique des coques multiples. Avant d'assembler les coques (15), les structures d'insertion (16, 18) sont collées ou soudées. Les résonateurs en dérivation requièrent un encombrement réduit et s'utilisent également pour optimiser ultérieurement des tuyaux d'aspiration dans la phase d'essai, lorsque ceux-ci ne fournissent pas les résultats escomptés en termes d'acoustique.
