17 48,417 ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A coaxial inductive coupler having an inner core member and a surrounding outer core member each having respective windings for transferring power from a source to a load wherein the source is connected to the windings of the inner core member and the load is connected to the windings of the outer core member. The coupler may addi- tionally be utilized for signal transfer such as TV sig- nals with appropriate matching and equalization circuitry.
