INDUCTIVE LIQUID LEVEL SENSING Abstract of Disclosure An inductance element, such as a coil, cooperates with a detector/amplifier circuit to detect the level of a liquid in a container by quenching oscillations in an electrical circuit when the liquid is brought into close proximity to the coil. The inductance element in combination with the detector/amplifier circuit comprise an oscillator circuit which provides the electrical oscillations and the detector/amplifier circuit provides an electrical signal to activate at least one device when the oscillations are quenched.
