An industrial burner assembly (10) characterized by a manifold (56) with a fuel inlet (58) and a longitudinal axis B, and a plurality of elongated burners (12) positioned radially about the longitudinal axis B having fuel ports (42) in communication with the manifold (56) and fuel inlet (58), wherein each elongated burner (12) has an outer mixing tube (14), an inner mixing tube (16) positioned coaxially within the outer mixing tube (14) to form an annular space (18) therebetween in communication with the fuel port (42), the inner mixing tube (16) having an inner surface (16b) forming a passage (40) for air flow through the burner assembly (10), and a plurality of apertures (20) formed in the inner mixing tube (16) to allow introduction of fuel from the annular space (18) into the air flow passage (40) to provide for efficient mixture of air and fuel in the burner assembly (10) prior to combustion.

L'invention concerne un ensemble de brûleurs (10) industriels caractérises par un collecteur (56) doté d'une entrée de combustible (58), un axe longitudinal B et une pluralité de brûleurs allongés (12) positionnés de manière radiale autour de l'axe longitudinal B, lesdits brûleurs comprenant des orifices de combustible (42) en communication avec ledit collecteur (56) et une entrée de combustible (58). Chaque brûleur allongé (12) comprend un tube de mélange extérieur (14) et un tube de mélange intérieur (16) positionné de manière coaxiale dans ledit tube de mélange extérieur (14) afin de former un espace annulaire (18) en communication avec l'orifice de combustible (42). Le tube de mélange intérieur (16) comprend une surface intérieure (16b) formant un passage (40) dans lequel l'air s'écoule à travers l'ensemble de brûleurs (10). Une pluralité d'ouvertures (20) formées dans le tube de mélange intérieur (16) permettent d'introduire un combustible provenant de l'espace annulaire (18) dans le passage d'écoulement d'air (40) afin de produire un mélange efficace d'air et de combustible dans l'ensemble de brûleurs (10) avant la combustion.
