An industrial door assembly is disclosed comprising a rigid internal frame having first and second sides; a door capping attached to edges of the rigid internal frame, the door capping providing generally parallel faces generally parallel to the first and second sides; side panels attached to the generally parallel faces of the doer capping generally parallel to the first and second sides of the rigid internal frame; and synthetic insulating material injected within the rigid internal frame and bonding the side panels together. A method of assembling this industrial door assembly is also disclosed.
