The object of the present invention is to provide an industrial fabric used for forming and pressing building material which is capable of exhibiting a good water suction property, while at the same time of preventing spots from being generated and bristles from being fallen out even if it is repeatedly used for forming and pressing building material and a strong washing shower is applied thereto. The present invention provides a industrial fabric used for a forming process and a pressing process comprises one-layer fabric including warps and wefts constituting the fabric at least a part of which is intertwined by small-diameter raw yarns and fibers of the small-diameter raw yarns are crossed by jetting water in a columnar stream or a spray stream thereto, or multi-layer fabric including warps and wefts constituting an upper surface side layer at least a part of which is intertwined by small- diameter raw yarns and fibers of the small-diameter raw yarns are crossed by jetting water in a columnar stream or a spray stream thereto.
L'invention porte sur un tissu tissé pour la fabrication de papier et le pressage, ayant une excellente aptitude à l'essorage et exempt de tache METSUKE ou d'arrachage de fil lors d'une utilisation répétée durant le pressage dans la production d'un matériau de construction, ou analogue, et vis-à-vis d'un jet de nettoyage puissant. Le tissu industriel est caractérisé par le fait que des fibres sont tressées avec un tissu monocouche qui est tissé à l'aide d'un fil produit en rassemblant des fils élémentaires de petit diamètre au moins partiellement dans la chaîne et/ou la trame constituant le tissu, ou un tissu tissé multicouche qui est tissé à l'aide d'un fil produit en rassemblant des fils élémentaires de petit diamètre au moins partiellement dans la chaîne et/ou la trame constituant la couche supérieure par l'éjection d'un écoulement d'eau en colonne ou d'un écoulement d'eau pulvérisé.
