The invention concerns a multiple axis industrial robot (1) with a frame (2), an arm (7), an extension arm (13) and a robot hand (18), these elements being mounted so as to articulate with one another and drive-operated. The arm (7) is over-mounted on one side of the frame (18, 14) and situated to one side of the system plane (21). The arm (7) is connected to a static hydraulic mass balance (23) located on the same side of the system plane as the arm. The extension arm is likewise over-mounted on one side of the arm (7) and located with the arm bearing head (32) of the frame (2) within the system plane (21).

L'invention concerne un robot industriel (1) à plusieurs axes, comportant un châssis (2), un bras (7), un avant-bras (13) et une main de robot (18), tous ces éléments étant articulés les uns par rapport aux autres et équipés d'un organe d'entraînement. Le bras (7) est monté en porte-à-faux (18, 14) sur un côté du châssis et placé latéralement à côté du plan (21) du système. Le bras (7) est raccordé à un élément d'équilibrage hydraulique statique des masses (23), placé sur le même côté du plan du système. L'avant-bras est également monté en porte-à-faux sur un côté du bras (7) et placé avec la tête de logement (32) du bras du châssis (2) dans le plan (21) du système.
