As a therapy for angiostenosis, angioplasty (PTA, PTCA), in which a small balloon is inflated in a blood vessel to dilate the vessel, has been widely carried out as a minimally invasive treatment. In this therapy, however, repeated stenosis (restenosis) occurs at a high possibility. As a means of lessening the restenosis, procedures using indwelling stents become popular in recent years. However, it is reported that restenosis occurs at a frequency of about 20 to 30% even in these treatments using indwelling stents. Although attempts have been thus made to coat a stent with a drug regulating obstruction, stenosis still arises at a high frequency in such cases at the present stage. At least two layers involving a layer containing an immune suppressant and a layer containing an antiinflammatory agent are formed on the surface of an indwelling stent.

Une thérapie de l'angiosténose, de l'angioplastie (PTA, PTCA), dans laquelle un ballonnet est gonflé dans un vaisseau sanguin afin de dilater ce vaisseau, a été largement utilisée en tant que traitement invasif minimum. Toutefois, dans une telle thérapie, il y a de fortes probabilités d'avoir une récidive de sténose (resténose). Comme moyens réduisant la resténose, des procédés ayant recours à des stents à demeure ont été répandus ces dernières années. On relève toutefois que la resténose se produit à une fréquence d'environ 20 à 30 %, même dans le cas de traitements utilisant des stents à demeure. Bien que diverses solutions aient été tentées pour enrober un stent d'un médicament régulant l'obstruction, la sténose se produit encore actuellement à une fréquence élevée dans de tels traitements. L'invention est, en conséquence, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux couches comprenant une couche contenant un suppressant immun et une couche contenant un agent anti-inflammatoire sont formées sur la surface d'un stent à demeure.
