An combined nursing bottle nipple and pacifier device includes a fitting designed to be mounted on a push-pull valved dispenser spout of a conventional beverage container. The fitting also contains an independently operable valve of its own, so that the fluid path may be closed when desired. The fitting~s valve is preferably a rotary valve, which can be operated by turning one part of the fitting with respect to another. When the fitting~s valve is closed, the device is useful as a pacifier. The nipple may, alternatively, contain a check valve which can be opened by manipulating the fitting so as to drive a probe, supported in the fitting against the check valve.

L'invention concerne un dispositif combiné tétine de biberon et sucette comprenant un accessoire destiné à être fixé sur le goulot d'une bouteille à boisson conventionnelle munie d'un embout muni d'une valve à poussoir. Cet accessoire contient lui-même une valve fonctionnant de manière indépendante, et permettant d'obturer sélectivement le passage de fluide. La valve de l'accessoire est de préférence une valve rotative pouvant être actionné par rotation d'une des partie de l'accessoire relativement à ce dernier. Lorsque la valve de l'accessoire est fermée, le dispositif peut servir de sucette. Dans une forme de réalisation différente, la tétine peut contenir un clapet anti-retour pouvant être ouvert par une manipulation de l'accessoire, de manière à pousser une pointe de contact montée sur l'accessoire contre le clapet.
