The invention relates to the generation and the use of flavivirus pseudo- particles containing native functional prM and E envelope glycoproteins assembled onto retroviral core particles. These particles are highly infectious and constitute a valid model of flavivirus virion whose handling does not require category 3 or 4 laboratories.
La présente invention se rapporte à la génération et à l'utilisation de pseudo-particules de flavivirus contenant des glycoprotéines d'enveloppe prM et E fonctionnelles natives assemblées sur des noyaux rétroviraux. Ces particules sont hautement infectieuses et constituent un modèle valide du virion de flavivirus, dont la manipulation ne nécessite pas des laboratoires de catégorie 3 ou 4.
