A blind allows an occupant to lie on his back in an inclined position. A pair of flaps cover the person and are easily openable when the person moves to a sitting position or extends his arms outside of the blind. The frame may be made from rigid or inflatable members that can be collapsed or deflated for compact storage and convenient transport. The blind is foldable, requires no assembly in the field, and may be carried on a person's back like a backpack.
