An inflatable kite with ailerons to generate lift and electricity. An inflatable kite that is designed to be have an operator and be pulled by a separate machine or fixed to a ground point or ridden down a slope or used as a stationary floatation toy. It can also be used as an inflatable kite that may be easily transported to any location inflated with possibly a lighter than air gas and used thereafter for amusement or as a steerage able lifting device, conceivably by a skilled operator even as a transport mechanism for moving difficult loads such as people in rescue situations or trees in remote logging. It could also be used as a lighter than air device that supports a wind driven power generation system such as a turbine.
