The invention relates to an influenza virus haemagglutinin-specific monoclonal antibody that recognises an antigenic structure present both on subtypes H1 and H3 of haemagglutinins of influenza A virus and on the haemagglutinin of influenza B virus. Within influenza B viruses, the antigenic structure is present on the haemagglutinins of the influenza B viruses belonging to group B/Victoria and/or group B/Yamagata.

L'invention a pour objet un anticorps monoclonal spécifique de l'hémagglutinine du virus grippal, reconnaissant une structure antigénique présente à la fois sur les sous types H1 et H3 des hémagglutinines des virus grippaux de type A et sur l'hémagglutinine des virus grippaux de type B. Au sien de virus grippaux de type B, la structure antigénique est présente sur les hémagglutinines des virus grippaux de type B appartenant au groupe B/victoria et/ou au groupe B/yagamata.
