The present invention provides an optical information handling device in which reflectivity of a conventional reproduction-only type is lowered to 60% or less which is equal to the reflectivity of a write-once type and a rewritable type optical disk, whereby the interchangeability of these disks is realized. The information processing device of the invention can be interchangeable with a lower quality information handling device. The optical disk can be of the credit card size.
