An information search support apparatus includes communication means for communication with a user terminal, access means for accessing a provided information database, means for acquiring a search keyword from the user terminal, means for acquiring provided information from the provided information database according to the search keyword, means for transmitting to the user terminal a detailed keyword collection created by summarizing the provided information, means for acquiring a word selected from the detailed keyword collection at the user terminal, means for searching the provided information database by using the selected word as a search keyword and acquiring the corresponding provided information, and means for transmitting the acquired provided information as a search result to the user terminal.
L'invention concerne un appareil de support de recherche d'informations comprenant un organe de communication permettant de communiquer avec un terminal utilisateur; un organe d'accès permettant d'accéder à une base de données d'informations fournies; un organe permettant d'acquérir un mot-clé de recherche à partir du terminal utilisateur; un organe permettant d'acquérir les informations fournies à partir de la base de données d'informations en fonction du mot-clé de recherche; un organe permettant de transmettre au terminal utilisateur une collection de mots-clé détaillée créée par récapitulation des informations fournies; un organe permettant d'acquérir un mot sélectionné à partir de la collection de mots-clé détaillée; un organe permettant de rechercher la base de données d'informations fournies à l'aide du mot sélectionné comme mot-clé de recherche et d'acquérir les informations fournies correspondantes; et un organe permettant de transmettre les informations fournies acquises comme résultat de recherche au terminal utilisateur.
