A support device of information for the identification of hospital in- or out-patients comprises a strip of flexible material that can be wound on the end of limbs or round the neck of said patient like a bracelet or collar, and an element for clamping the two free ends of said strip together comprising a first part and a second part co-operating one with the other and with said free ends of the strip to ensure a permanent adjustable clamping of the bracelet or of the collar; said first part has a flat surface suitable for receiving and storing for a subsequent reading information suitable for the identification of said patient.

Support d'informations destinées à l'identification de patients entrants ou sortants d'un hôpital, comportant une bande (1, 10) en matériau flexible pouvant s'enrouler autour de l'extrémité de l'un des membres ou du cou du patient, se présentant sous la forme d'un bracelet ou d'un collier, et un élément (3, 6, 16, 17) pour en attacher les deux extrémités libres. Il comporte une première partie (6, 16) et une deuxième partie (3, 17) concourant avec les extrémités libres de la bande (1, 10) à assurer une fixation permanente et réglable du bracelet ou du collier. La première partie (6, 16) présente une surface plane (6, 22) permettant d'inscrire et de mémoriser toute information écrite nécessaire à l'identification du patient.
