One objective of the present invention is to provide appropriate load control in accordance with processing times required for transactions, on individual application servers, in an information system that includes a plurality of application servers and a database server. The present invention provides an information system that includes: a process time monitoring unit, for monitoring processing time required for the application program to process a transaction received by an application server; a bottleneck identification unit, for identifying, based on monitoring results of processing time, a bottleneck in at least one of the plurality of application servers if the processing time is not within a predesignated permissible range; and a load controller, for reducing a multiplicity of the application program on an application server identified as having a bottleneck.
Dans un système d'information possédant une pluralité de serveurs d'application et de serveurs de base de données, il est possible d'effectuer un contrôle de charge adéquat selon le temps de traitement d'une transaction par chacun des serveurs d'application. Ce système d'informations comprend: une unité de contrôle du temps de traitement servant à contrôler le temps de traitement nécessaire au programme d'application pour traiter la transaction reçue par un serveur d'application pour chacun des serveurs d'application; une unité d'identification d'étranglement servant à identifier si cet étranglement se trouve dans le serveur d'application ou dans le serveur de base de données, lorsque le temps de traitement d'un serveur d'application n'est pas situé à l'intérieur d'une plage de tolérance prédéterminée en fonction du résultat de contrôle de ce temps de traitement pour chacun des serveurs d'application; une unité de contrôle de charge servant à abaisser le degré de multiplexage exécutant le programme d'application sur le serveur d'application correspondant à la position identifiée en tant qu'étranglement.
