The present invention is directed to novel polypeptides, nucleic acids and related molecules which have an effect on or are related to the cell cycle. Also, provided herein are vectors and host cells comprising those nucleic acid sequences, chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising the polypeptides of the present invention fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences, antibodies which bind to the polypeptides of the present invention and to methods for producing the polypeptides of the present invention. Further provided by the present invention are methods for identifying novel compositions which mediate cell cycle bioactivity, and the use of such compositions in diagnosis and treatment of disease.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux polypeptides, acides nucléiques et molécules associées qui ont un effet sur le cycle cellulaire ou qui sont associées à ce dernier. L'invention concerne également des vecteurs et des cellules hôtes renfermant ces séquences d'acide nucléique, des polypeptides chimériques renfermant les polypeptides de la présente invention fusionnés à des séquences de polypeptides hétérologues, des anticorps se liant aux polypeptides de la présente invention et des procédés de production desdits polypeptides. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés d'identification de nouvelles compositions médiatrices de la bioactivité du cycle cellulaire, et l'utilisation de ces compositions dans le diagnostic et le traitement de maladies.
