The invention is directed to a medical product suitable for storing and delivering a pre-metered dose of tiotropium. The medical product comprises dry powder dose of tiotropium and excipient (s) loaded into a container comprising a dry, high barrier seal, which prevents ingress of moisture so that the fine particle structure of the powder dose is preserved. The container is adapted for administration by a dry powder inhaler, and for either volumeric or electric field dose forming methods. The invention is also directed to devices and kits comprising a dry powder inhaler and medical product.
