A passive inhaler (1). for delivery of a powder-form inhalation formulation from a blister strip (2)- with a plurality of blister pockets (3) is proposed. The inhaler is adapted to move the blister strip onward by two blister pockets in each indexing operation or to receive two blister strips. The inhaler comprises two piercing elements (17a, 17b) for simultaneously puncturing two blister pockets, wherein the doses of the punctured blister pockets can be delivered simultaneously via a common mouthpiece (8).
