It is intended to provide an inhibitor of the adhesion of a metal hydroxide- containing material to a waste liquor line of an automatic analyzer which is characterized by containing polysaccharides; a method of inhibiting the adhesion of a metal hydroxide-containing material to a waste liquor line of an automatic analyzer which is characterized by using the above inhibitor; a reagent for measuring a biological component in a specimen, which is effective in inhibiting the adhesion of a metal hydroxide-containing material to a waste liquor line of an automatic analyzer, characterized by containing the above inhibitor; and a method of measuring a biological component in a specimen characterized by using the above reagent for measuring the biological component.
L'invention concerne un inhibiteur de l'adh~rence d'un mat~riau contenant un hydroxyde m~tallique dans la conduite de liquide r~siduaire d'un analyseur automatique, cet inhibiteur ~tant caract~ris~ en ce qu'il contient des polysaccharides. L'invention concerne ~galement un proc~d~ permettant d'inhiber l'adh~rence d'un mat~riau contenant un hydroxyde m~tallique dans la conduite de liquide r~siduaire d'un analyseur automatique, ce proc~d~ ~tant caract~ris~ par l'utilisation de l'inhibiteur d~crit. L'invention concerne en outre un r~actif qui permet de mesurer un composant biologique dans un ~chantillon, et inhibe efficacement l'adh~rence d'un mat~riau contenant un hydroxyde m~tallique dans la conduite de liquide r~siduaire d'un analyseur automatique, ce r~actif ~tant caract~ris~ en ce qu'il contient l'inhibiteur d~crit, ainsi qu'un proc~d~ permettant de mesurer un composant biologique dans un ~chantillon, ce proc~d~ ~tant caract~ris~ par l'utilisation du r~actif d~crit pour la mesure du composant biologique.
