RAN 4602/12 ABSTRACT There is described a novel injection solution having an aqueous basis, containing a micelle former, a lipoid substance, a pharmacon slightly soluble or insoluble in water, an isotonising additive as well as, if desired, a pharmacon and/or pharmaceutical adjuvant soluble in water. There is also described a process for preparing this new injection solution. The novel injection solution has practically no hemolytic effect and is very well miscible with plasma and conventional infusion solution.
