The invention concerns an injecting/blowing device comprising at least one mold for injecting a thin-walled hollow preform capable of being transformed into a more voluminous hollow body by blowing, said mold including a counter mold defining the inner surface of the cavity, a core located in the cavity and spaced apart from said inner surface, a preform impression located between the counter mold inner surface and the core, and which will receive the melt, at least two main preferential flow channels (CEP) optionally at least two secondary preferential flow channels (CEP), each CEP being delimited by at least one recessed zone at the surface of the core and the inner surface of the cavity. Said device is characterized in that: the main CEP are located only at the impression zone corresponding to the zone for transforming the preform; and in that the optional secondary CEP are discontinuous, distinct from the main CEP, and located at the impression zone corresponding to the base and/or the body and/or the ring of the preform.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'injection/soufflage comprenant au moins un moule utilisable pour l'injection d'une préforme creuse à parois minces susceptible d'être transformée en corps creux plus volumineux par soufflage, ledit moule comprenant un contre moule définissant la surface interne de la cavité, un noyau situé dans la cavité et espacé de ladite surface interne, une empreinte de préforme située entre la surface interne du contre moule et le noyau, et qui recevra le matériau fondu, au moins deux canaux d'écoulement préférentiels (CEP) principaux éventuellement au moins deux canaux d'écoulement préférentiels (CEP) secondaires, chaque CEP étant délimité par au moins une zone de dépression à la surface du noyau et la surface interne de la cavité; ledit dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que : les CEP principaux sont situés uniquement au niveau de la zone de l'empreinte correspondant à la zone de transition de la préforme; et en ce que les éventuels CEP secondaires sont discontinus, distincts des CEP principaux, et situés au niveau des zones de l'empreinte correspondant au fond et/ou au corps et/ou à la bague de la préforme.
