An injection apparatus for making an injection at a predetermined depth in skin comprises: a skin positioning member, an injection needle (610), and means guiding the injection needle for movement from a parking position above the skin beside said skin positioning member to slide beneath said skin positioning member to an injection position; wherein: the tip (620) of the injection needle is closer to the longitudinal axis of the shaft portion (650) than is the outside of the shaft portion (650) and/or the length of the lumen opening (625) of the needle is in a range from 5 to 15 times the diameter of the shaft (650) of the needle. L'invention porte sur un appareil d'injection pour effectuer une injection à une profondeur prédéterminée dans la peau, ledit appareil comprenant : un élément de positionnement sur la peau, une aiguille d'injection (610) et des moyens guidant l'aiguille d'injection pour un mouvement à partir d'une position rangée au-dessus de la peau à côté dudit élément de positionnement sur la peau pour coulisser au-dessous dudit élément de positionnement sur la peau jusqu'à une position d'injection ; l'embout (620) de l'aiguille d'injection étant plus proche de l'axe longitudinal de la partie d'arbre (650) que ne l'est l'extérieur de la partie d'arbre (650) et/ou la longueur de l'ouverture de lumière (625) de l'aiguille étant dans une plage de 5 à 15 fois le diamètre de l'arbre (650) de l'aiguille.
