An injection assembly for a plastic injection mould includes heating nozzles for injecting a plastic material into the mould, with the plastic material being supplied thereto by a central nozzle from a barrel extruder, means for controlling the nozzles and means for heating the nozzle supply channels. The assembly is characterised in that it has a base (4) bearing a heating distributor (20) provided with injection nozzles (5A) extending through the die (2), said base (4) being a moulded steel or cast iron part with rigidifying ribs and locating supports (13) for the heating distributor (20), which is a moulded steel or cast iron part forming a set of heating passages (26) connected to the central nozzle and to the injection nozzles and including blocks (24) for receiving the nozzles (5A) and supporting the heating distributor (20) on the base (4).
Ensemble d'injection pour moule d'injection de matière plastique, comprenant des buses chauffantes pour injecter la matière plastique dans le moule, alimentées en matière plastiques par au moins une buse centrale, à partir de la vis d'extrusion, des moyens de commande des buses et de chauffage des canaux d'alimentation des buses, ensemble caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une semelle (4) portant un distributeur chauffant (20) muni des buses d'injection (5A), traversant la matrice (2), la semelle (4) étant une pièce en fonte ou acier moulé munie de nervures de rigidification et d'appuis de positionnement (13) du distributeur chauffant (20), qui est une pièce en fonte ou acier moulé formant un ensemble de canaux chauffants (26) reliés à la buse centrale et aux buses d'injection et comprenant des plots (24) recevant les buses (5A) et servant d'appuis au distributeur chauffant (20) sur la semelle (4).
