Disclosed is an injection device comprising parts, the relative movement of which causes the active substance to be injected. For this purpose, a receptacle (103, 203), into and in which a carpule/syringe can be inserted and mounted, is retained in a housing (101, 201), the receptacle (103, 203) can be moved by means of a carriage (108, 208), and a plunger (104, 204) that applies a force to the piston/s (111A, 111B; 211) of the carpule/syringe is movably retained in the receptacle (103, 203). A traction rope (114, 214) which is deflected by means of a roll (109, 209) mounted on the carriage (108, 208) is provided for performing the pricking stroke, injection stroke, and retracting stroke. One end of the traction rope (114, 214) is connected to the receptacle (103, 204) while the other end thereof is connected to a tension spring (110, 210) that is retained on the housing (101, 201). Automatically and/or manually actuatable mechanisms between the housing (101, 201), the receptacle (103, 203), the plunger (104, 204), and the carriage (108, 208) control the reciprocal coupling thereof to the traction rope (114, 214) and thus the sequence of the pricking stroke, injection stroke, and retracting stroke and are fitted with at least one means that allows the user to adjust the progress profile of at least one of the strokes.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection qui comprend des éléments dont le mouvement relatif induit le déroulement de l'injection du principe actif. Un boîtier (101, 201) présente un logement (103, 203) dans lequel une carpule/seringue (111, 211) peut être insérée et fixée, le logement (103, 203) pouvant être déplacé au moyen d'un coulisseau (108, 208). Un poussoir (104, 204) qui sollicite le ou les pistons (111A, 111B; 211) de la carpule/seringue est logé mobile dans le logement (103, 203). Un câble de traction (114, 214) dont la direction est modifiée au moyen d'un galet (109, 209) logé sur le coulisseau (108, 208) et dont une extrémité est reliée au logement (103, 204) et l'autre à un ressort de traction (110, 210) maintenu sur le boîtier (101, 201) permet l'exécution de la course de piqûre, de la course d'injection et de la course de rappel. Des dispositifs actionnables automatiquement et/ou manuellement entre le boîtier (101, 201), le logement (103, 203), le poussoir (104, 204) et le coulisseau (108, 208) commandent l'accouplement mutuel de ces derniers avec le câble de traction (114, 214) et donc la séquence des courses de piqûre, d'injection et de rappel et présentent au moins un moyen permettant à l'utilisateur de régler le profil de déroulement d'au moins l'une des courses.
