In a medical injection device a capsule (1) containing the fluid to be injected has a resilient piston (5) acted upon by a plunger (8') which moves a set distance when pressed or released, to inject a predetermined dose. To reduce errors arising from the resilience, instead of a wholly flat end face the plunger (8') has a centrally recessed (13) working end, leaving an annular face (14) in a radial plate to act on the plunger (5).

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection médical comportant une capsule (1) contenant le fluide à injecter, constituée d'un piston (8') qui se déplace sur une certain distance lorsqu'on le presse ou qu'on le relâche, et qui agit sur un bouchon (5) élastique, en vue d'injecter une dose prédéterminée. Pour réduire le nombre d'erreurs dues à l'élasticité, le piston (8') possède un embout, dont l'extrémité active, au lieu d'être entièrement plate, présente un centre évidé (13), l'action sur le bouchon (5) se faisant par une surface (14) annulaire sur un plan radial.
