An injection drug feeding device, wherein an injection drug storage container (9) is installed detachably on each of a plurality of racks, a transfer means (12) feeding the stored injection drugs in one direction is installed in the injection drug storage container (9), the injection drugs fed by the transfer means (12) are stored one by one in each storage part (29) formed in the outer peripheral part of a rotating body (21), and the injection drugs in the storage parts (29) are delivered one by one in order by the rotation of the rotating body (21).
