A guide (70) for a manifold plug (40) of an injection molding apparatus comprises a guide body (70) projecting from an inner wall of the manifold plug (40) diametrically opposing an inlet (14) of a manifold plug channel (12) formed in the manifold plug.(40). The inlet (14) is aligned with a manifold channel of a manifold. The outlet (16) of the manifold plug channel (12) is aligned with a nozzle channel of a nozzle. The inlet (14) is at an angle to the outlet (16). A guide surface is provided on the guide body (70)for abutting a downstream portion of a valve pin (26) extending into the manifold plug channel. The guide (70) also facilitates flow of a melt stream of moldable material through the manifold plug channel (12).

L'invention porte sur un guide (70) pour bloc (40) de tubulure de mouleuse à injection comportant un corps de guidage (70) saillant d'une paroi intérieur du bloc et diamétralement opposé à l'entrée (14) du canal (12) du bloc (40) formé dans ledit bloc (40). L'entrée (14) est alignée sur le canal (12) de la tubulure. La sortie (16) est alignée sur le canal de la buse (12) de la buse. L'entrée (14) fait un angle avec la sortie (16). Le corps de guidage (70) présente une surface de guidage servant de butée à la partie aval de la tige (26) de soupape qui s'étend dans le canal du bloc. Ledit guide (70) facilite par ailleurs l'écoulement du flux de matériau de moulage ramolli à travers le canal (12) du bloc.
