An injection molding hot-runner component comprising a tubular body defining a central passage and having an outer surface, an electrically insulated heater wire coupled to the tubular body, an external lead electrically connected to an end of the heater wire to form a connection, the external lead for connecting to an external power supply, and a terminal housing mounted to the outer surface of the tubular body, the connection of the external lead and the end of the heater wire being located within the terminal housing, wherein the connection extends in a plane having an intersection angle range of between - 30~ to +30~ with a tangential plane to the outer surface of the tubular body.
L'invention concerne un composant de moulage par injection à canaux chauffés qui comprend un corps tubulaire qui définit un passage central et qui présente une surface extérieure, un fil chauffant électriquement isolé accouplé au corps tubulaire, un conducteur extérieur relié électriquement à une extrémité du fil chauffant pour former une connexion, le conducteur extérieur étant destiné à la connexion à une alimentation en énergie extérieure, et un boîtier de borne monté sur la surface extérieure du corps tubulaire, la connexion du conducteur extérieur et de l'extrémité du fil chauffant étant située à l'intérieur du boîtier de borne, la connexion s'étendant dans un plan qui forme avec un plan tangent à la surface extérieure du corps tubulaire un angle d'intersection compris dans la plage de -30° à +30°.
