The invention relates to a shaft arrangement (10) for an injection moulding nozzle (1), comprising a heated material pipe (3) which has a nozzle tip on the end, a shaft main part (20), a thermally insulated separation part (30) and a shaft end part (40). Said shaft main part (20) and the separation part (30) surround the material pipe (3) at a radial distance, and the shaft end part (40) forms a receiving element (41) which holds the free end (4) of the material pipe (3) in a sealed manner. The shaft main part (20), the separation part (30) and the shaft end part (40) comprise front-sided receiving elements (21, 31, 32) for at least one adjacent shaft part (20, 30, 40). They also have, prior to forming, a machining external contour (K), a soldering depot (23, 33), in which annular soldering elements (24, 34) are introduced, in order to solder all three components (20, 30, 40) together. The annular end part (40) is hardened after the soldering process in order to increase the resistance to wear and tear. The soldering temperature lies in the region of the transition temperature of the material of the shaft end part (40).

L'invention concerne un ensemble corps (10) de buse de moulage par injection, comprenant un tube de passage de la matière (3) chauffé, lequel a à son extrémité une pointe de buse (5). Cet ensemble corps de buse comporte une partie principale (20), une partie de séparation (30) thermoisolante et une partie terminale (40). La partie principale (20) et la partie de séparation (30) entourent le tube de passage de la matière (3) à une certaine distance radiale, alors que la partie terminale (40) forme un logement (41) dans lequel l'extrémité libre (4) du tube de passage de la matière (3) est logée de manière étanche. La partie principale (20), la partie de séparation (30) et la partie terminale (40) présentent sur leur face frontale des logements (21,31,32) pour au moins une partie voisine du corps (20,30,40). En outre, avant la formation d'un profilé externe de traitement (K), elles ont chacune un point pour soudure (23,33), dans lequel sont placés des éléments de soudage (24,34) annulaires pour souder les trois composants (20,30,40) ensemble. La partie terminale (40) annulaire est durcie par le processus de soudage pour augmenter la résistance à l'usure, la température de soudage se trouvant dans la plage de température de transformation de la matière de la partie terminale (40) du corps de buse.
