The invention relates to an injection unit for injection molding machines, comprising a plasticizing unit in the form of an extruder, a piston injection device (11) which can be connected to the injection molding machine by an injection nozzle (10), said piston injection device (11) forming an injection chamber (14). The front end of the extruder is connected to the injection chamber (14) by a melt line (16). The invention is characterized in that a shut-off valve (17) is provided in the melt line (16) and in that a continuously operated extruder (18) is provided with one or more plasticizing worm screws (21) for plasticizing. The extruder (18) is configured in such a way that the backup length R L can extend backwards into the extruder (18) when the shut-off valve (17) is closed.
L'invention concerne une unité d'injection destinée à des dispositifs de moulage par injection comportant une extrudeuse en tant qu'unité de plastification, et un dispositif d'injection à piston (11) pouvant être couplé au dispositif de moulage par injection par l'intermédiaire d'une buse d'injection (10). Le dispositif d'injection à piston (11) forme une chambre d'injection (14), et l'extrémité frontale de l'extrudeuse est reliée à la chambre d'injection (14) par l'intermédiaire d'une ligne de fonte (16). Ladite invention est caractérisée en ce que la ligne de fonte (16) contient une soupape d'arrêt (17), et en ce qu'une extrudeuse (18) comportant une ou plusieurs vis de plastification (21) et fonctionnant de manière continue, sert à la plastification, ladite extrudeuse (18) étant conçue de manière que la longueur de retenue RL (11) peut s'allonger vers l'arrière dans l'extrudeuse (18) lorsque la soupape d'arrêt (17) est fermée.
