An inking arrangement for printing presses which comprises a plurality of vibrating rollers divided axially of a fountain roller and a distributing roller and arranged at an interval axially thereof between the rollers, the vibrating rollers being individually switchable between two positions between the fountain roller and the distributing roller so as to differ in the mode of contact thereof with the rollers. A support member supporting the vibrating rollers thereon is given increased flexural rigidity. The support member, which is in the form of a prism and secured to a frame, has fitted therearound a plurality of movable members each formed with a rectangular bore having the support member inserted therethrough with a clearance provided in the bore in the forward or rearward widthwise direction of the support member. The vibrating rollers are rotatably mounted on the respective movable members externally thereof. Change-over devices are provided between the support member and the respective movable members for moving the respective movable members forward or rearward widthwise of the support member by controlling supply of air with switching valves to switch the vibrating rollers individually between the two 43 positions. A surface of each movable member defining the rectangular bore and a surface of the support member which are slidable in contact with each other are formed with opposed grooves, in which the switching valve is positioned as mounted on the bottom surface of the groove of the support member.

Chaque racle est conçue de manière à pouvoir être commutée entre deux positions entre ces deux rouleaux si bien qu'il est possible de modifier l'état de contact entre chaque racle et le rouleau à fontaine d'encre ou le rouleau de répartition d'encre et que la rigidité à la flexion d'un élément de support supportant la racle s'en trouve augmentée. Des trous carrés ménagés dans une pluralité d'éléments mobiles sont en contact avec des éléments de support prismatiques fixés à un cadre, si bien qu'ils possèdent un certain jeu dans le sens tant longitudinal que latéral des éléments de support. La racle est installée rotative sur la face externe de chaque élément mobile. Un dispositif de commutation qui régule l'alimentation en air, à l'aide d'une soupape de commutation, pour déplacer l'élément mobile dans le sens longitudinal et latéral de l'élément de support de manière à commuter la position de la racle, est installé dans une partie située entre chaque élément mobile et l'élément de support. Des rainures opposées les unes aux autres sont formées dans la surface des trous carrés de chaque élément mobile et dans la surface de l'élément de support en contact coulissant l'un avec l'autre. La soupape de commutation est installée sur la surface de fond des rainures de l'élément de support et placée dans les deux rainures.
