Docket M-232-C-3-1 INKING MECHANISM FOR HAND LABELER Abstract of the Disclosure There is disclosed an inker for a printing apparatus. The inker includes an inker body and an ink roller rotatably mounted to the inker body. A spring finger is connected at a first end portion to the inker body. The spring finger also has a second end portion. The spring finger has a curvature located between the first and second portions. The spring finger is adapted to resiliently urge the inker body and the ink roller which it mounts in one direction. The inker body is mounted by structure disposed at opposite sides of the curvature in the spring finger
