The invention concerns an inking plate consisting of at least a base plate (11) and deposited material, the surface of said deposited material being designed to be cut into embossed zones (16) whereof the contours correspond to those of the surfaces to be inked. The deposited material consists of at least a PVC composition layer (15; 27) deposited distributed over the major part of the plate (11) surface.
